We are looking for students currently involved in all aspects of Vacuum Science to volunteer at IVC-23.

There are a number of roles available across 5 days;
Welcoming at Registration (Registration runner)
Conference session Room Monitor
Directional
Speakers’ preparation room support
Poster presentations support

In return for your time onsite, you will get a branded t-shirt to keep, all catering on your volunteering day and one days access to the event to view sessions and build your knowledge based and networks (social events not included in free day).
